REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Kelish Beauty Healthy Skin & Hair Clinic, we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. We understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, or request a refund. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency for all parties involved.


Cancellation Policy

  1. Appointment Cancellation:

    • 24-Hour Notice: Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client.
    • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
  2. No-Show Policy:

    • Missed Appointments: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows may be charged 100% of the service cost.
    • Repeat No-Shows: Clients with repeated no-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments.
  3. Rescheduling:

    • Flexible Rescheduling: We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. Clients are encouraged to reschedule their appointments if needed, providing at least 24 hours’ notice.

Refund Policy

  1. Service Satisfaction:

    • Quality Assurance: We are committed to providing high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with the service you received, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to address your concerns and make it right.
    • Corrective Services: In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we may offer corrective services free of charge within 7 days of the original appointment.
  2. Service Refunds:

    • No Cash Refunds: We do not provide cash refunds for services rendered. However, if a refund is deemed appropriate, it will be issued in the form of a service credit or gift voucher, which can be used for future services.
    • Prepaid Packages: Refunds for prepaid packages will be calculated based on the full price of used services, with the remaining balance refunded as a service credit or gift voucher.
  3. Product Refunds:

    • Unused Products: Unopened and unused products may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase, with the original receipt.
    • Used Products: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on used products. If you experience an adverse reaction to a product, please contact us for assistance.

Special Circumstances

  1. Medical Emergencies:

    • Exception Handling: We understand that emergencies can occur. If you are unable to make your appointment due to a medical emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your situation without penalty.
  2. Service Changes:

    • Modifications: If you need to make changes to your service selection on the day of your appointment, please inform us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, subject to availability and timing.
